I tried to make a small withdrawal today from epassporte and it was cancelled. It seemed very odd. After talking with a friend, I did some searching on the internet and found this....

their withdrawal services are still working for me. i've withdrawn $600 each of the past two days using my epassporte Visa/ATM card. they also processed a checking account transfer.
apparently it's just the deposit service that's no longer supported. which still sux.
I'm not sure how you are getting so lucky, but it is definitely the cashout and the deposit. I just added the message that appears when I now attempt to cashout.
ya that's a pokerstars msg not an epassporte msg. my money is already in epassporte. i xfered a bunch in last week from Full Tilt. now i'm pulling it out of epassporte $600 at a time via my eppassporte Visa/ATM card.
Why haven't I heard from you in so long? :(
